邱明华:男,1963年3月生于云南丽江,纳西族。理学博士, 二级研究员, 博士研究生导师。2006年求是杰出青年奖获得者。资源植物化学研究团组组长,兼中国咖啡工程研究中心主任。
学术简历:1984年北京大学化学系物理化学专业毕业后,进入昆明植物所从事天然有机化学和植物资源开发研究至今;1989-1990年在日本东京大学农学部研究生院(铃木昭宪教授)进修;1996年6月获北京大学理学博士学位(导师邢其毅院士,叶秀林教授)。1996 入选中组部七部委的首批“百千万人才工程”一、二层次人选;1997年11月晋升为研究员(教授),1999年7月成为“国家知识创新工程西南基地”首批研究员。1998年、2000年两次到日本富山医科药科大学和汉药研究所代谢工程研究室(服部征雄教授)进行访问学者和博士后(平和中岛财团基金资助)研究工作。2003年到美国UIC芝加哥药学院WHO传统药物协作中心(Prof. Harry HS FONG)做访问学者。

主要业绩:主要从事黄杨科生物碱、葫芦科葫芦烷(部分达玛烷)三萜、灵芝属羊毛甾烷三萜、升麻属环阿廷烷三萜、楝科楝烷三萜和甾体的复杂天然产物化学结构及其生物活性或功能的研究;还进行资源植物化学的开发利用及其产业化关键技术的研究。目前主要兴趣在食用植物的功能成分结构及其生物活性。在分离纯化的天然产物中发现800多个新天然产物,发表论文220余篇(第一作者60篇,SCI论文120多篇),专著2部,参与撰稿多部;拥有国家发明专利40项。
学术研究:
1)植物蜕皮激素“筋骨草素C在碱性条件下的脱水反应”一文,探讨了α,β-不饱和酮(醛)的β-OH在碱性条件下的脱水反应机制。在深入探讨植物蜕皮激素的结构相关性及其在生物合成中的生物合成途径的基础上,仔细分析这类植物次生代谢产物的结构多样性和复杂性,提出了次生代谢产物的结构多样性是遗传多样性的具体体现之一的观点。根据昆虫蜕皮物质在生命活动中的作用,提出了假说:蜕皮甾酮是生物界比较普遍存在的,是较为高级的生物体发育和生殖等一些特殊阶段相关的诱导物质,并称之为“更生诱导物质”(revive inducer)。
2)在甾体生物碱中还发现了一些甾族化合物的A环上存在互变异构的现象,利用NMR新技术,进行了深入研究,测定了互变异构体的活化自由能,这一结果否定了甾族化学物均为刚性固环结构的经典观念,为甾族化合物的构象研究增添了新内容。并推测神经甾体的生物活性与A环的构型变化有密不可分的关系,提出了3-位取代基构型在神经甾体化合物结构中起重要作用的假说。
3)在研究抗老年痴呆药物时,发现了一系列活性较强的药物,并申请专利3项(石杉碱甲衍生物,其制备方法及其应用,申请号:200710065824.7,公开号:CN101054363;豆腐果敢苷石杉碱甲缩醛亚胺,其制备方法和其应用,申请号:200710065827.0,公开号:CN101045708;乙酰胆碱酶抑制剂,其制备方法和其应用,申请号:200710065861.8,公开号:CN101053567)。该类专利亟待进行新药申报。
关键技术:邱明华研究团队开发的无公害农药除虫菊酯高技术产业化项目得到国家发改委和财政部的大力支持,目前中国除虫菊产业已初具规模;超临界提取技术的应用和除虫菊酯精制加工技术在除虫菊产业界处于国际领先地位,2002除虫菊干花产值超过5000万元,除虫菊酯产品100余吨,产值上亿元,已初步发展成为中国的一个新兴产业。2005年在昆明组织召开了国际“除虫菊产业发展研讨会”,起草了“昆明宣言”:呼吁全球使用健康环保的天然除虫菊产品。除虫菊的技术开发和产品系列研究获得了1999年、2004年第六届、第十一届中国杨陵农业高新技术博览会最高奖“后稷金像奖”和“后稷特别奖”。曾参与多项云南特色植物资源产业化项目。目前正在治疗乳腺癌天然新药KCY03和调节血糖天然新药CA-1的研究开发;同时进行生物柴油原料的评估技术和产业化关键技术的开发;思茅松化学增脂剂配方的筛选和高产松脂技术产业化推广。
社会责任:
1) 发表的2篇独著观点性论文:i)建立中药质量标准规范控制实验室是中药现代化的关键[世界科学技术(中药现代化),2000,2(2):14-17];ii)中药标准品化合物 的纯度与标准化[世界科学技术(中药现代化),2006,7(增刊): 91-97,112]。并多次在各种全国学术会议上宣传论文观点,2007年10月国家发改委启动了以中药标准化合物为基础的“中药质量控制技术国家工程实验室”的建设,以国家工程实验室的形式着手进行中药质量标准规范控制实验室,规范中药质量控制和中药标准品制备技术。表明论文观点有一定的前瞻性或符合国家发展的战略需求。2)提出了“露水消渴-民族药物的现代功能”的观点,提出建立以传统医药为基础的低成本健康保障体系的思路。有病治病,无病防病的本草保健体系的推广,不但可以减少疾病痛苦,增加快乐,也可以节省大量的公共资源,实现低成本的健康保障体系。还提出了传统药物低成本保障健康的途径。
