ABSTRACT. Three new tryptamine-type alkaloids, named scorodocarpines D-F (
1-3), and three known compounds (
4-6) were isolated from the acetone extracts from green coffee beans. Their chemical structures were established through extensive spectroscopic analysis—including 1D and 2D NMR (HSQC, HMBC, COSY and ROESY)–and by comparison with published data.
